It applies to all transactions. They do not affect your statutory rights . We may change these terms and conditions at any time, becoming effective at the time they are posted. Please check date above.
You will have the opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order at any stage until you click the submit order button.
Once submitted you will receive an order acknowledgement by email.
This is only acknowledgement of your order and not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of legally binding agreement will only take place once payment has been received.
You will receive a second email with this confirmation and details of any items that are not available.
If an item is not in stock or not available, this will be shown on your confirmation email, or we will contact you by phone.
You will have the option to wait until the item is in stock, choose an alternative product to the same value, or receive a refund on that item.
All prices shown on our site are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable, but exclude carriage.
Set out in your shopping basket the prices shown will include the items purchased plus VAT where applicable plus delivery.
Prices are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.
All purchases made on line are processed through our secure payment provider.
Subject to availability we will despatch your order once payment has been received. Normally within 24 hours.
Delivery will be made to the address on the order received.
Delivery within mainland UK is by standard Royal Mail postage. Larger or heavier parcels will be sent by Parcel Force.
Delivery overseas depending on the destination and size, value of the order will be sent using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Fedex.
The prices for postage will be shown on line on the page before you submit your order.
We endeavour to keep our postage prices as low as we can. Delivery is normally 3-5 days.
Occasionally delivery times are affected by factors outside our control and therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Special cuts- Please allow 10 days for despatch.
Any offers shown on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
You may cancel your order any time until it has been received and up to 7 days after receiving it.
You may do so by emailing us or by phone, giving us your full name address and order number. You may also return the order to us.
The product must be complete, un-used and in re-saleable condition. Any free gifts supplied with the item must also be returned.
A full refund will be given on items returned by the purchaser, but not delivery costs.
We are not liable to pay for any returns postage. Any item returned for exchange will incur an additional delivery charge for the exchanged item to be sent out.
In the unusual instance of an item being faulty we will respond to the individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with an item of clothing within 12 months, we will normally offer a prompt repair, free of charge and refund any postage incurred getting the item to us.
This does not include faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or general wear and tear.
We strive to ensure that all the information on our site is accurate.
If an error in price or description occurs, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price/description.
We are not obliged to sell products at an incorrect price.
We reserve the right to substitute an item for an item of similar quality.
We reserve the right to alter our clothing designs without notice.
